Lippo building new housing project

JAKARTA (JP): Lippo Cikarang has begun constructing its Taman
Permata Hijau, its latest complex of luxury houses.

Without mentioning the prices of the new houses, Herman
Latief, president of PT Lippo Cikarang, said over the weekend
that Taman Permata Hijau in Lippo Cikarang will not be much
different than Taman Permata Hijau in Jakarta.

Each house measures between 144 and 700 square meters, Herman
said.

Lippo Cikarang has constructed more than 3,000 houses. Taman
Permata Hijau is the seventh housing complex constructed by Lippo
Cikarang since it started the project in the area in 1992. (sur)
