Running a business while juggling university studies was certainly not without challenges. In the early days of his venture, Yoel had to be adept at dividing his time between lectures and managing the agency’s operations. Moreover, as a student with an English Language education background, he also had to learn the ins and outs of the logistics industry from scratch. “I really learned logistics from zero. Fortunately, the Lion Parcel team was very helpful and guided me from the start. Even now, if there are any obstacles, they always help until it’s resolved,” Yoel said. Thanks to his perseverance in building the business, Yoel’s Lion Parcel agency has continued to grow, now achieving tens of millions of rupiah in monthly revenue. After graduating, he has become even more focused on developing his business by actively using social media to reach more customers.
