Lion Parcel and AstraPay Drive Agent Digitalisation, Partner Revenue Increases by 10 Percent
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Logistics services company Lion Parcel has formed a strategic partnership with AstraPay to accelerate the digitalisation of transactions at the agent level through the implementation of QRIS payments. The collaboration focuses on transforming operations within Lion Parcel’s network of partner agents, who serve as the frontline for logistics services. This initiative is also said to align with government efforts to promote the adoption of digital transactions in the MSME sector. The performance-based appreciation programme aims to encourage partner agents to increase the use of digital transactions in their daily activities with customers. The programme has reached hundreds of Lion Parcel partner agents across various regions in Indonesia. A total of 36 top-performing agents have received appreciation to support their business development. Chief Retail Officer of Lion Parcel, Febri Andika, stated that this collaboration is a strategic step to strengthen the digital-based services ecosystem within the agent network. “AstraPay’s QRIS enables faster, safer, and integrated payment processes, thereby helping partner agents improve operational efficiency while providing a better service experience for customers,” he said.
