In the decision, the company appointed Armand Hermawan as President Director & Chief Executive Officer (PDCEO), replacing Bayu Hanantasena who has completed his term. This replacement is part of the outcomes from the company’s annual general meeting. Management stated that the change is intended to maintain leadership continuity amid digital business developments. Lintasarta also expressed appreciation for Bayu Hanantasena’s contributions during his leadership, particularly in strengthening the business and transforming digital services. Armand Hermawan stated that he will continue the company’s business development, including the integration of digital services and artificial intelligence. “Lintasarta has a strong foundation as a provider of digital and AI solutions. Moving forward, we will strengthen business execution by integrating capabilities into a single end-to-end ecosystem,” said Armand in an official statement. Armand has more than 25 years of experience in various sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, and infrastructure. Before joining Lintasarta, he served as President Director & CEO at Artajasa. He also held positions at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Angkasa Pura II, and PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia. Lintasarta stated that it will continue developing digital services, including AI-based solutions. As part of the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison group, the company plays a role in providing infrastructure and digital solutions in Indonesia.
