Lintas Benua Divests 3.2 Million MORA Shares at Discount Price

Jakarta – PT Lintas Benua has divested its shareholding in telecommunications infrastructure company PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (MORA), selling 3,220,000 shares. The transaction was completed on 6 March 2026.

According to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) disclosure, the share sale was executed at IDR473 per share at the time of transaction.

MORA shares are currently trading within a range of IDR5,600 to IDR6,650 per share. This means the transaction was conducted at a heavily discounted price of more than 90% below the trading range.

Lintas Benua’s objective in divesting its MORA shareholding is to meet cash requirements.

As a result of the sale, PT Lintas Benua’s ownership decreased to 565,032,587 shares from its previous holding of 568,252,587 shares. Following the share sale, PT Lintas Benua’s voting rights stake declined to 19.89%.

The disclosure further noted that the share divestment was executed directly and the transaction was not related to any repurchase agreement (repo).
