Jakarta – TelkomGroup has again earned accolades at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2025, securing two awards in the fields of employer branding and learning. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) won the Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn award for the second consecutive time, while Telkomsel won the Learning Champion category at the awards ceremony held at The St. Regis Jakarta on Thursday, 7 May 2026.

These achievements strengthen TelkomGroup’s position as a digital telco company that not only focuses on business development and technology but also consistently builds an ecosystem of talent that is adaptable, collaborative, and oriented toward sustainable learning. The awards are a recognition of TelkomGroup’s commitment to delivering experiences that are relevant for Indonesia’s digital talent amid a dynamic industry.

In the Best Employer Brand category, Telkom was selected from a roster of finalists from leading national companies across industries, such as GoTo, Permata Bank, SMBC Indonesia, Nojorono Kudus, and Kalbe. The award is a recognition of Telkom’s consistency in building a reputation as the employer of choice for Indonesia’s digital talent through an authentic employer branding approach that aligns with the needs of the current generation of talent.

Director of Human Capital Management at Telkom Indonesia, Willy Saelan, said the award reflects Telkom’s efforts to build relevant and authentic work experiences for digital talent.

‘For Telkom, employer branding is not simply about building the company’s visibility, but about how we present an environment where talent can continually learn, grow, and contribute. We want the TelkomGroup working culture to be felt in tangible terms through experience, collaboration, and authentic stories from employees,’ Willy said, quoted on Wednesday, 20 May 2026.

He also expressed appreciation for Telkomsel’s achievement as Learning Champion at the same event. ‘We are also proud of Telkomsel’s achievement as Learning Champion. This award shows that the commitment to building a culture of learning and talent development continues to grow strongly across the TelkomGroup ecosystem,’ he added.

As part of its talent development strategy, TelkomGroup actively implements a range of learning initiatives and competency-accelerating programs that are relevant to the needs of the future industry. One such initiative is the Digistar Program designed to prepare Indonesia’s digital talent through a learning ecosystem, competency development, and collaborative experiences with the industry.
