Lightning kills two children

SEMARANG, Central Java: Lightning killed two children and
severely injured another as they played soccer in an open field
during a rainstorm in Banjarnegara regency on Sunday.

Antara reported that the deceased, Romli Dananto, 12, and
Martin, 12, were playing soccer with their friends on the local
soccer field when they were struck by lightning.

The two boys died en route to the hospital, where another of
the children, Nur Kurniawan, is being treated for severe
