Lenteng Agung Route Towards Depok Closed, Transjakarta UI Routes Altered

Lenteng Agung Road, South Jakarta, heading towards Depok, West Java, remained closed on Tuesday morning (2/6/2026). Announcement banners regarding the closure have been installed starting from the front of Universitas Indonesia Maju. Additionally, the access road passing SMAN 38 Jakarta is also closed. Vehicles are being diverted via the road junction beside the railway tracks.

This affects routes such as the 4B bus (Manggarai Station–Universitas Indonesia) and the D2_route (Lebak Bulus–UI Depok). “The 4B route has been shortened to Manggarai Station–Wijaya Kusuma Bus Stop due to ongoing repairs on a subsided road near the SMAN 109 Bus Stop. Temporarily, it will not serve passengers at the SMAN 38 Bus Stop through to Universitas Indonesia,” said Ayu to Kompas.com on Tuesday.

Furthermore, route adjustments have been implemented for the Transjakarta D21 bus route. This route will also only operate as far as the Wijaya Kusuma Bus Stop, meaning it will not serve passengers at stops ranging from SMAN 38 to Universitas Indonesia. Ayu stated that this policy is temporary until the underground drainage repair works are completed.
