Lenteng Agung Residents Reject Land Eviction by Indonesian Army

Residents of RW 010 have installed banners rejecting the eviction of their residential land in Lenteng Agung sub-district, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, on Monday (4/5/2026). The residents oppose the eviction of RW 010 land in Lenteng Agung sub-district by the Indonesian Army (TNI AD) because the land belongs to A.A. de Groot based on Eigendom Verponding (absolute proof of land ownership from the Dutch colonial era) number 8280, and based on a letter from the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) explaining Article 95 of Government Regulation No. 18 of 2021.
