The Governor of the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas), Tubagus Ace Hasan Syadzily, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the 70th National Leadership Preparation and Consolidation Education (P4N) programme at the Lemhannas office in Central Jakarta on Tuesday. Lemhannas is hosting the programme for 110 participants drawn from the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the National Police (Polri), the civil service, government agencies, and community organisations.

“We expect these participants to be trained and given an understanding of geopolitics, geoeconomics, geostrategy, national defence, national vigilance, and Astagatra,” Ace told the media at the Dwi Warna Pura Room, Pancagatra Building, Lemhannas, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday.

Ace explained that the programme will run for five months and fifteen days, concluding in December 2026. Participants will receive instruction on geography, demography, natural resources, ideology, politics, economics, socio-culture, and defence and security. “They will study at Lemhannas through lectures, panel discussions, case study discussions, group discussions, and inter-group discussions. They will also conduct domestic and overseas strategic studies, as well as complete a final assignment known as a taskap,” he said.
