Lemhannas' Role in Strengthening National Food and Energy Security

The Governor of the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas), TB Ace Hasan Syadzily, continues to encourage government efforts to strengthen national resilience amidst global uncertainty. Lemhannas fully supports President Prabowo’s administration in strengthening energy and food security. This is necessary to anticipate global turmoil, which creates significant uncertainty regarding world energy prices and supplies, as well as the impact of climate change on food production disruptions. In strengthening the nation’s self-reliance in energy security, Lemhannas is pushing for efforts to increase domestic energy production, the development of New and Renewable Energy (EBT), and enhanced industrialisation and downstream processing.
