Lemhannas Concludes P3N XXVII Programme, Brigadier General Ade Ary Named Top Academic Performer

A closing ceremony was held at the Pancagatra Building, Lemhannas RI, Gambir, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (4/6/2026). The 3.5-month educational programme was officially closed by the Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr H TB Ace Hasan Syadzily.

In his address, Ace Hasan—affectionately known as Kang Ace—stated that the Lemhannas programme participants are prospective national leaders expected to possess statesmanlike character, a patriotic spirit, and the ability to think strategically, comprehensively, and holistically. He noted that national leaders must also be capable of adapting to global geopolitical and geo-economic situations that impact Indonesia.

“The hope is that upon returning to their respective institutions, these alumni will possess sufficient preparation to formulate policies. They are also expected to adopt a more visionary perspective for this nation,” said Ace.

Throughout the programme, participants were provided with materials on national leadership, national insight, and strategic studies to face global dynamics. Participants were also trained in the values of the four national consensuses: Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity).

Furthermore, the diverse group of participants received strengthening in national resilience, national vigilance, and strategic studies at global, regional, and national levels.

During the event, Lemhannas presented two awards to the top participants. The academic excellence award was presented to Brigadier General Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi, while the award for the best Individual Working Paper (KKP) was given to Rear Admiral TNI Ignatius Bayu.

Concluding his speech, Ace emphasised that integrity remains a vital value emphasised in the P3N education. Participants also received training in anti-corruption and public communication to ensure they can serve as national leaders of integrity who remain connected to the community.
