Legislators flying Airfast

In the framework of participating in supervising the House's
performance and existence, as an ordinary member of society, I
would like to ask the Speaker of the House of Representatives
about the departure of a number of House members from Jakarta's
Soekarno-Hatta airport to Surabaya on Feb. 23, flying private
airline Airfast, currently hired by a private mining company
operating in Irian Jaya.

I am writing not to question the legislators' mission, but to
hear the speaker's explanation of why they flew Airfast.

Was there a request from the group to fly them to Irian Jaya?
I understand that a private airliner would never dare to offer to
fly a group of House members. So, there must have been a request
from the group, which would be impossible for it to decline.
