Legal roundup: Food task force names suspects, Kepri fishermen detained in Malaysia

A student from Gorontalo State University, Riska Halid, 25, died after being swept away by waves and drowning at Bugisa Island beach in North Gorontalo. The incident occurred on Sunday.

In a separate development, the Food Task Force has named 39 suspects in 38 cases related to alleged irregularities in the rice sector. Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman stated the action is part of efforts to eradicate food mafias.
