Lebaran Topat Festival 2026 to Be Held at Senggigi’s Pasar Seni Amphitheatre

The West Lombok Regency Government will hold the Lebaran Topat Festival 2026 at the Amphitheatre Pasar Seni Senggigi. The event will be staged on the seventh day of Syawal, a week after Eid al-Fitr, and will be enlivened by a parade representing all regencies in Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). West Lombok Regent Lalu Ahmad Zaini (LAZ) said the festival will begin with participants parading on cidomo from the Batu Layar sub-district office to Batu Layar cemetery, before continuing to a final stop in front of Hotel Sentosa, Senggigi. “Only then will the parade proceed toward the Pasar Seni Senggigi Amphitheatre,” he explained, on Thursday (5 March 2026). LAZ said he has invited all NTB regencies to participate in the parade and asked them to wear traditional clothing and something distinctive from their region. “Now all regencies are invited to be more festive and there is an improvement from the previous year; I want the scale to rise to provincial level. I have just received the data; so far only Central Lombok, East Lombok, North Lombok, and West Sumbawa have confirmed,” he said. LAZ said prizes will be prepared for participants who present themselves attractively in the parade. “Prizes will be prepared for those who are attractive,” he added. LAZ hopes that this cultural and religious event will boost the economy and attract visitors to the northern part of West Lombok, especially Senggigi. “We will package it; essentially I do not want the event to feel ceremonial. Do not let visitors to Senggigi feel that there is only the event,” he urged.
