Lebaran Return Traffic: Cipali Toll Road to Jakarta Congested at Several Points
Several points on the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road (Cipali) heading to Jakarta are congested. The congestion is caused by an increase in vehicle volume.
Congestion has been reported from KM 127 to KM 122. At this point, the congestion is due to vehicles entering and exiting the rest area and dense traffic volume.
“Baros KM 127-Cimareme KM 125 is dense, traffic volume density on the lanes entering and exiting the Rest Area. Cimareme KM 124-Padalarang Timur KM 122 is dense, traffic volume density,” stated @PTJASAMARGA as seen by detikcom at 20:11 WIB on Monday (23/3/2026).
The congestion continues from Padalarang Barat to Cikamuning. “Padalarang Barat KM 118-Cikamuning KM 115 is dense, traffic volume density,” added Jasa Marga.
Next, congestion points extend around Cipada to the Darangdan area. At this point, the density is also caused by entering and exiting the rest area and increased traffic volume.
“Cipada KM 112-Walini KM 108 is dense, traffic volume density. Cikalong Wetan KM 103-Darangdan KM 97 is dense, traffic volume density on the lanes entering and exiting the rest area,” said Jasa Marga.
Furthermore, congestion also occurs in Jatiluhur, Maracang, Sadang, heading to Cikampek. At this point, the congestion is due to the separator lane for the functional Japek II South route.
“Jatiluhur KM 84-KM 83 towards Jakarta is dense, traffic volume density. Maracang KM 79-Sadang KM 77 towards Jakarta is dense, traffic density on the separator lane for the functional Japek II South route,” stated Jasa Marga.
As is known, some holidaymakers have begun returning from their Eid al-Fitr 2026 trips. Meanwhile, traffic engineering has been implemented so far from KM 263 to KM 70.
“16:26 WIB Brebes Barat KM 263 - Cikampek Utama KM 70 is subject to one-way operation. Specifically for vehicles heading towards Jakarta,” tweeted the Jasa Marga X account.
