Lebaran Depok 2026 Event Reflects Togetherness for All

Depok (ANTARA) - The Lebaran Depok 2026 event is an occasion that reflects togetherness and reaffirms that Depok is an inclusive shared space for all ethnicities, cultures, and religions.

This was stated by the Mayor of Depok, Supian Suri, during the Lebaran Depok event at the East Square of Grand Depok City (GDC) on Thursday.

“Lebaran Depok 2026 has been held for seven consecutive years; this year, the theme raised is ‘Depok Rumah Kita’,” he said.

Supian explained that the theme ‘Depok Rumah Kita’ can represent Depok as an inclusive shared space for all ethnicities, cultures, and religions.

“Whoever they are, regardless of their religious background, ethnicity, or island of origin, but once they live in Depok, everyone feels that Depok is our home,” he stated.

According to him, this diversity becomes a symbol of harmony, unity, and mutual cooperation among the residents to advance the City of Depok.

This is also in line with the aspirations of the founders of the Culturally Diverse Depok Community Group (KOOD Berbudaya), who wish for Depok’s culture to be preserved by all elements of society.

“Because Depok’s home is our home for all of us, we maintain its cleanliness, we maintain our relationships, we maintain good things,” Supian Suri concluded.
