JAKARTA - As many as 4,432 AKAP bus passengers arrived at Tanjung Priok Bus Terminal in North Jakarta during the period of 25-29 March 2026 at 07.00 WIB.

The Head of Tanjung Priok Bus Terminal, Sandi, stated that passenger and bus movements remain quite active, despite daily fluctuations in arrivals.

“Buses from various regions continue to arrive at Tanjung Priok Terminal. Up to H+8 Lebaran, arrival and departure activities for passengers are still busy,” he said, quoted from an official statement on Sunday (29/3/2026).

Sandi explained that the return flow is still ongoing, with the number of incoming passengers dominating over departures.

Additionally, terminal conditions are expected to start calming down from this afternoon until tomorrow, as students will return to school on Monday (30/3).

“Although the security posts will soon end, we will continue monitoring to ensure the smooth flow of passengers and arrivals, so that services remain optimal and conducive,” he said.

Coordination between agencies is also hoped to strengthen further, facilities to become more adequate, and public awareness in maintaining order and safety to continue increasing.

“Alhamdulillah, this year’s Eid exodus and return flow ran safely and conducively. Hopefully next year it will be even better,” he stated.
