Lebaran 2026 Bonus Hari Raya (BHR) for ojol drivers: check mechanism and payout schedule

Author: KOMPAS.com - The Lebaran 2026 Bonus Hari Raya (BHR) for ojol and couriers is set at a minimum 25 percent of the average net income over the past 12 months. This provision is stated in Circular Letter from the Minister of Manpower No. M/4/HK.04.00/III/2026. The policy was issued by the Ministry of Manpower as a directive to application-based companies to grant Religious BHR to drivers and couriers of app-based transportation. Minister of Manpower Yassierli stated that the provision of BHR is intended as a show of care as well as to boost partner productivity ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 AH. Disbursement of Gojek’s BHR 2026 is via GoPay Mitra balance from 4-6 March 2026. Disbursement is made no later than seven days before Eid, and the receipt status can be checked through the GrabDriver app. According to Grab’s representative, the productivity-based approach is implemented to ensure BHR is proportionate and fair within the flexible gig economy. The BHR amount is paid in cash, with a minimum value of 25 percent of the average net income over the past year.
