Learning the Intricacies of Crypto at the 2026 Jogja Financial Festival

To discuss the intricacies of cryptocurrency, CNBC Indonesia, in collaboration with the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), is presenting the Crypto Educational Class as part of the Jogka Financial Festival 2026. The event is scheduled to take place on 22-23 May 2026 at the Jogja Expo Center (JEC), Yogyakarta.
The Crypto Edu Class will carry the theme “New Wealth Era: Market, Algorithm, and Money” on Friday, 22 May 2026. This session will feature speakers including the Chief Executive of Supervision of Financial Sector Technology Innovation, Digital Financial Assets, and Crypto Assets at the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Chairman of the Indonesian Blockchain Association, Robby Bun, and the Chairman of the Indonesian Sharia Fintech Association (AFSI), Ronald Wijaya.
During this event, exclusive financial education classes will be held, providing participants with financial knowledge and investment tips for future planning. The Crypto Edu Class is supported by Askrindo and the OJK. Additionally, the first day will feature the ‘LIKE IT’ (Leading Indonesian Financial Literacy) Edu Class, themed ‘Financial Survival for the Young Generation’, featuring representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Bank Indonesia, the OJK, and the LPS.
Other scheduled sessions include the Bank Mega × Michael Yeoh Edu Class, themed ‘If You Had Rp 10-100 Million Today, Where Would You Invest?’, a Creative-Preneurship class on managing finances within the creative industry, and a BCA Edu Class focused on cybercrime awareness. The Jogja Financial Festival 2026 will also include business talks, career corners, and various entertainment performances.
