Leaked: Projo Reveals First Location for Jokowi's Nationwide Tour Starting June

The leak suggests that President Jokowi will visit East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) to observe seaweed cultivation and engage with the local community, according to Freddy Alex Damanik, Secretary General of Projo, when contacted on Monday (18/5/2026). Freddy noted that the list of visit locations remains dynamic and that NTT is subject to change as the primary destination.

He explained that Projo officials will accompany Jokowi during every regional visit, with local Projo branches providing support wherever he travels. Projo revealed that the reason for Jokowi’s return to ‘blusukan’ (field visits) is to maintain his closeness to the people. According to Freddy, Jokowi intends to demonstrate that his commitment to observing the people’s conditions directly remains unchanged, even after leaving the presidency.
