Leak on 13th Salary for 2026: Check the Latest Amounts and Disbursement Schedule
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The government has established a different scheme for the provision of the 13th-month salary in 2026. While civil servants (ASN) will receive the 13th-month salary equivalent to one month’s income, non-ASN employees in government institutions are subject to a maximum limit. These provisions are regulated in Government Regulation (PP) No. 9 of 2026, which also includes an attachment regarding the maximum amounts for holiday allowances (THR) and the 13th-month salary for leaders, members, and non-ASN employees in government institutions, including non-structural bodies and state universities. This means not all recipients will receive the same amount. For ASN such as PNS, PPPK, TNI, and Polri, the 13th-month salary is given in full according to the income components, namely basic salary, family allowance, food allowance, functional or general position allowance, and performance allowance. For PPPK, there are special rules in its calculation. Even PPPK whose tenure has not reached one full month before 1 June 2026 are not entitled to receive it. Meanwhile, for leaders, members, and non-ASN employees in non-structural bodies, the amount of the 13th-month salary has been set in the regulation’s attachment. Officials at echelon I level receive approximately Rp 24.8 million, echelon II Rp 19.5 million, echelon III Rp 13.8 million, and echelon IV Rp 10.6 million. For non-ASN employees based on education levels, the amounts are also regulated variably. Graduates from primary to junior high school can receive around Rp 4.2 million to Rp 5 million depending on tenure.
