Leading Subsidised Housing Developer Wins BTN Awards 2025
Vista Land Group has recorded an achievement in Indonesia’s national housing sector after winning the award for best subsidised housing developer at the BTN Awards 2025, held in Jakarta. At the awards ceremony, Vista Land was recognised as The Best Group Subsidised Housing Developer 2025 after achieving over 4,000 subsidised housing credit agreements through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme throughout 2025. This achievement represents the largest among property developer groups nationally in that category. The award was received directly by Vista Land Group Director Esther Kristiany Hadi.
Esther stated that the award from Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) represents a form of appreciation and motivation for the company to continue improving product quality and services to the community.
“Vista Land is grateful for this award from BTN. This award motivates us to continue striving and improving the quality of our products and services going forward,” said Esther in Jakarta on Monday, 9 March.
According to her, the achievement was also supported by BTN’s service transformation, which has made the subsidised housing financing process faster and more efficient.
The BTN Awards themselves represent a form of appreciation for property developer partners who are deemed to have contributed to the distribution of housing financing, particularly for low-income households.
Esther emphasised that Vista Land Group will continue to be committed to providing housing for low-income households whilst supporting the government’s efforts to expand access to home ownership. She assessed that the need for affordable housing remains very high, particularly in urban areas and surrounding regions such as the Greater Jakarta area.
“Vista Land is committed to continuing to build and provide housing for low-income households and to contribute to the success of the government programme of 3 million homes for the Indonesian people,” she said.
Additionally, Esther assessed that the property sector plays an important role in driving national economic growth because it is linked to various other industrial sectors. According to her, housing development is capable of creating a multiplier effect on the economy, ranging from building materials, logistics, construction services, and financing sectors.
“The property business is like the locomotive of the economy. When this sector moves, many other industries grow as well,” said Esther.
Going forward, Vista Land Group plans to continue expanding housing development projects whilst maintaining the quality of housing so that people can obtain homes that are suitable, comfortable, and affordable.
