Le Minerale Upholds Sustainable Commitment with Sacrificial Animal Donation to Istiqlal Mosque for 2026 Eid al-Adha
Le Minerale has again donated sacrificial animals to Istiqlal Mosque for the 2026 Eid al-Adha celebrations. The initiative forms part of Le Minerale’s commitment to fostering togetherness and social care through the act of qurban. Le Minerale views Eid al-Adha as a moment that carries messages across multiple dimensions, including social solidarity through compassion and sharing with others. Year on year, Le Minerale has continued to distribute sacrificial animals to those in need via Istiqlal Mosque. This qurban distribution also strengthens community unity, allowing donors to experience the spirit of sharing while recipients enjoy Eid’s joy. Istiqlal Global Fund (IGF) Managing Director Ahsanul Haq praised Le Minerale’s consistent support for Eid al-Adha activities at Istiqlal Mosque. He expressed hope that the synergy would continue to yield positive impacts for both the mosque community and surrounding residents. “Alhamdulillah, we deeply thank Le Minerale, a domestic mineral water brand, for its ongoing support and collaboration in all Istiqlal Mosque activities,” said Ahsanul. Known as Anol, he added that the partnership between Istiqlal Mosque and Le Minerale not only supports religious activities but also embodies communal spirit and social care. “The collaboration between Istiqlal Mosque and Le Minerale demonstrates how mosques synergise with industry to uplift the community’s economic empowerment,” Anol explained. He added that the community directly benefits from this collaboration through initiatives addressing residents’ needs. “The public directly experiences Le Minerale’s goodwill through tangible actions such as Eid al-Adha donations, Ramadan Sharing initiatives, Jumat Berkah activities with Le Minerale, and more,” he said. The ongoing collaboration between Le Minerale and Istiqlal Mosque encompasses various initiatives. These include providing mineral water for worshippers, revitalising the Istiqlal culinary centre, distributing mineral water and iftar packages during Ramadan, and supporting local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) around the mosque. Additionally, the partnership includes aid for orphans, umrah pilgrimages, and scholarships for mosque caretakers (marbut) and their high-achieving children.
