Law Minister receives 322 complaints through Pasti Ada Solusi, what are the most common?
Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas recorded that 322 public complaints were received across 12 episodes of the Pasti Ada Solusi programme organised by the Ministry of Law.
“Alhamdulillah, we answered all of them. Some we resolved directly, while others still require clarification between the parties involved,” said Supratman during the Pasti Ada Solusi programme in Jakarta on Friday.
The Pasti Ada Solusi programme is an open dialogue forum and complaint service initiated by the Ministry of Law to help the public resolve various obstacles related to legal services in a transparent and prompt manner.
Supratman explained that the programme is designed to ensure that government bureaucracy does not remain distant from the public.
He stressed that all senior officials and employees at the Ministry of Law are committed to carrying out President Prabowo Subianto’s directive for the bureaucracy to serve the public.
According to him, although not all complaints submitted through the Pasti Ada Solusi programme prove to be valid, the Ministry of Law is responsible for verifying reports and bridging parties who may have an unequal legal relationship.
“Do not worry. Rest assured that all decisions we make at the Ministry of Law are based on very logical considerations and have a legal basis,” he said.
Supratman stated that there are two main issues most frequently raised or receiving input through the Pasti Ada Solusi programme, namely citizenship and notary affairs.
Regarding notary affairs, he said there were a number of complaints about notary conduct and the non-tax state revenue (PNBP) tariffs for notary services.
Government Regulation Number 30 of 2026 regulates the new PNBP tariffs within the Ministry of Law, including those related to notary services.
Supratman said the new PNBP tariffs are intended, among other things, to build an e-Notary system for storing notarial deeds electronically on the Ministry of Law’s servers or cloud.
“Imagine, for Rp400,000, if notaries had to prepare a room or warehouse to maintain deeds, protocols, and so on, that amount would be meaningless,” he said.
He believes that the convenience provided by the Ministry of Law will assist notaries throughout Indonesia once the e-Notary system becomes operational.
