Minimum Balance Requirements by Bank:
BNI
Priority customers holding a BNI Emerald account must maintain a minimum balance of Rp 1 billion. Higher balances are required for BNI Private customers, with a minimum of Rp 15 billion.
BRI
BRI priority customers must maintain a minimum savings balance of Rp 1 billion. BRI has established dedicated Priority Service Centres (Sentra Layanan Prioritas) exclusively for priority account holders.
BRI priority customers also receive access to the BRI Priority Debit Card, which includes comprehensive banking services such as financial planning and investment advisory, as well as retirement planning assistance. Cardholders enjoy elevated transaction limits, one-stop banking services, exclusive benefits from Premium Debit Mastercard, and advisory services.
Bank Mandiri
The minimum balance for Bank Mandiri priority customers ranges from Rp 1 billion to Rp 20 billion. Customers must also maintain a minimum total fund placement of Rp 1 billion or equivalent from third-party funds, including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, or investment products offered by Bank Mandiri. Eligible accounts include individual savings or current accounts denominated in rupiah.
