Latest KUR BRI Interest Rates as of 24 July 2026
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk provides Kredit Usaha Rakyat, or People’s Business Credit (KUR), for productive and viable businesses that do not yet have additional collateral or whose additional collateral is insufficient.
According to official information from BRI for the period 29 January to 31 December 2026, the financing can be used for working capital as well as business investment needs, such as purchasing production equipment and expanding operations.
KUR BRI 2026 Scheme
BRI divides KUR into three schemes: KUR Super Micro, KUR Micro, and KUR Small. Each scheme has different loan limits and interest rates.
BRI does not detail the interest rates for KUR Micro and KUR Small on the programme page. Therefore, prospective borrowers need to obtain information on the applicable interest rates directly from BRI officers when applying for financing.
Use of KUR Funds
According to BRI, KUR can be used as working capital credit or investment credit. Working capital relates to operational business needs, whilst investment can be used to purchase production equipment or expand a business.
BRI states that the sectors that can be financed include agriculture, fisheries, livestock, plantations, processing industries, construction, tourism, services, trade, and other productive sectors.
General Criteria for Prospective Borrowers
BRI stipulates that prospective borrowers must have a productive and viable business. In general, the business must have been operating for at least six months.
These requirements are general criteria published by BRI. The credit decision still goes through an application and verification process by bank officers.
Applications Through Official Channels
BRI affirms that KUR applications are not offered or processed through unofficial links, personal accounts, or parties with no affiliation with the company.
The public can access the service through BRI Branch Offices, Sub-Branch Offices, BRI Units, Teras BRI, AgenBRILink agents, or official marketing officers. BRI also states that the KUR application process carries no upfront fees.
Prospective borrowers are advised not to share PINs, passwords, OTP codes, or confidential banking data with any other party. Information can be verified through BRI’s official website or Contact BRI on 14017 and 1500017.
