The nickel mining company, PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO), has appointed Kristina Gauthier as Vice President of the Board of Commissioners, Patricia Renee Pegues as Commissioner, and Adam MacMillan as Commissioner. These appointments were agreed upon during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

The management changes follow the resignations of Emily Olson as Vice President of the Board of Commissioners and Christopher McCleave as Commissioner.

“The AGMS accepted the resignations of Ms Emily Olson as Vice President of the Board of Prime and Mr Christopher McCleave as Commissioner, and expressed appreciation for both of their contributions during their respective terms,” the management stated in an official release on Wednesday (3/6/2026).

PT Vale will comply with all applicable provisions and regulations regarding the changes to the composition of the Board of Commissioners.

Throughout 2025, INCO recorded a 32% increase in net profit to US$76 million, supported by a 4% revenue growth to US$990 million, an EBITDA of US$228 million, and relatively maintained unit cash costs of nickel matte sales.

The cash dividend will be distributed to shareholders registered on the record date of 12 June 2026, with the payment date set for 26 June 2026.
