Langkat Regency Receives Humanitarian Aid from Morowali for Disaster Recovery

The donation was raised through the ‘Morowali Cares for Sumatra and Aceh’ fundraising campaign. Langkat officials expressed profound gratitude, stating the assistance proves the enduring spirit of togetherness and solidarity within the nation. The funds are specifically designated to support the restoration of places of worship damaged by the disasters, aiming to provide tangible benefits and accelerate the post-disaster recovery process. The Head of Social Services for Morowali Regency, Ruhban, stated the aid originated from the collective concern of the Morowali government and its citizens, reflecting empathy and brotherhood among fellow Indonesians. He expressed hope that the assistance would ease the burden on affected communities and speed up recovery efforts.
