Bogor Regent, Rudy Susmanto, has directed the Ciampea Sub-District Government to act swiftly in addressing disaster-impacted infrastructure. One such initiative is the acceleration of repairs to the landslide on the Cikampak–Gunung Bunder Road at STA 500, Bojong Rangkas Village.

Currently, according to Ciampea Sub-District Head, Pardi, dredging is underway at the landslide point to restore road access as quickly as possible for public use. “This repair is a follow-up to the Bogor Regent’s directive to handle disaster-affected infrastructure swiftly, in an integrated manner, and involving all parties,” said Pardi.

The activity stems from deliberations involving Muspika elements, village governments, the Road and Bridge Infrastructure Unit, the Transportation Department, as well as community and business involvement. “Cross-sector collaboration is key to accelerating the response, in line with the Bogor Regent’s instructions emphasising the importance of synergy between government, society, and other stakeholders.”

Pardi also appreciated all parties who have contributed voluntarily to the road repair process. “We extend our thanks for the support from all sides. We hope that in the near future, this road access will return to normal and community activities will no longer be disrupted,” he stated.

Regarding the condition that previously disrupted traffic and necessitated diversions to alternative routes, the Ciampea Sub-District Government also expressed apologies to the public. Moving forward, they continue to encourage support from all elements to complete the repairs optimally, ensuring smooth mobility for residents in line with expectations and the Bogor Regent’s directives.
