Landslide buries three alive
BENGKULU, Bengkulu: Three people were buried alive in a landslide that occurred in Embong village near here this week, Antara reported Thursday.
The body of one of the victims was pulled free on Thursday. Search and rescue workers, assisted by about 500 villagers, are still trying to recover the others.
Police identified the victims as Ramlan, 38, and his children Sahran, 18, and Unan, 15,
They were collecting fuel wood at the foot of a hill when the disaster happened. (pan)
