Developer PT Green Garden has withheld my property
certificates despite my having paid for the land and house.
According to the company the process of making the land title and
house certificate has not been completed. The house involved is
No Debitur 20530 K 00047-r and is located at Green Garden Blok A
3 No 5, Cakung in North Jakarta.

Three years have passed since I paid off my credit in August
1991. But every time I ask the developer and BTN (State Savings
Bank) I am told that the title and certificate are being
processed. The documents are very useful to me, security as a
retired man. I just wish the developer would speed up the
processing of the documents and not keep me waiting in limbo.
After all, it is my lawful right.
