Land Office in Banten and South Tangerang Continues Service to Community During Religious Holidays
The Land Office in Banten province, including the South Tangerang Land Office (Kantah Tangsel), is committed to providing services to the community during the Nyepi holiday and Eid Al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah. Land office services will remain open on a limited basis across all land offices in Banten province.
This policy is implemented based on Circular Letter from the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Number B/KP.06/331-100/III/2026 concerning the adjustment of civil service duties for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) during national holidays and joint leave for Nyepi and Eid Al-Fitr. This limited service aims to provide flexibility for the public to utilise time during the extended holiday, particularly for those who still require land office services.
The limited service schedule operates from 09:00 to 12:00 Western Indonesian Time and is implemented across all Land Offices in Banten province, including Kantah Tangsel. Through this policy, the public is expected to continue accessing land services and take the opportunity to manage land certificates independently by visiting the respective local land office.
As previously emphasised, Kantah Tangsel is committed to improving service quality to the community. The Head of Kantah Tangsel, Seto Apriadi, stated that the office is ready to provide the best service, even up to 200 per cent, for public satisfaction.
Regarding holiday services, the BPN Regional Office of Banten Province also urges the public to ensure document completeness before visiting and to follow the service provisions applicable at each office. By keeping limited services open, BPN remains committed to delivering adaptive, responsive, and optimal public services even during national holidays.
