Lancia Consult Earns Great Place To Work® Certification™ in Four Countries

Through the latest Great Place To Work® Trust Index™ Survey, Lancia Consult independently measured whether employees experience that culture consistently across all levels of the organisation.

This year’s survey results show that 99% of employees rate Lancia Consult as a great place to work, far above the average of 49% of employees at other companies in general. This result serves as independent recognition of the workplace culture that Lancia Consult has built.

In all four countries, Lancia Consult employees highlighted support from colleagues, approachable leaders, strong teamwork, and a work environment that makes them feel trusted to deliver their best performance.
