Lampung Police Arrest 41 C3 Offenders in a Single Day
The Lampung Regional Police (Polda) and its ranks have arrested 41 criminal offenders in a single day, involving cases of aggravated theft (curat), violent theft (curas), and motor vehicle theft (curanmor).
“We successfully apprehended 41 criminal offenders from 40 criminal cases, with the majority of cases uncovered being C3,” said Polda Lampung Head of Public Relations, Senior Commissioner Yuni Iswandari, in Bandarlampung on Wednesday.
She stated that the operation was carried out across several jurisdictions under Polda Lampung, covering various criminal cases, including suspects who were previously on the police wanted list.
Police also managed to uncover 86 crime scenes, securing evidence from the investigation of various criminal cases occurring within the Polda Lampung jurisdiction.
“The evidence we secured is related to various criminal cases handled by Polda Lampung and the resort police,” she said.
Yuni emphasised that the operation is part of the police’s efforts to reduce crime rates, particularly street crime and theft that disturb the community.
“Police are still conducting investigations into the detained suspects. Case investigations are also ongoing to pursue other criminals still at large in the Lampung region,” she said.
