Lamongan Distributes 60 Three-Wheeled Vehicles to Village Red and White Cooperatives

A total of 60 three-wheeled vehicles have been distributed to 30 village cooperatives under the Village/Sub-village Red and White Cooperative programme (KDKMP) in the Lamongan region.

The distribution of KDKMP equipment took place symbolically on Friday 13 March, with Lamongan Regent Yuhronur Efendi overseeing the handover from Makodim 0812 Lamongan.

According to the Regent, the three-wheeled vehicles represent a further step in KDKMP development. In this initial phase in Lamongan, 60 vehicles have been prepared for distribution.

“Our message is that these vehicles should be utilised to their fullest for the operational activities of the Village/Sub-village Red and White Cooperatives that are already established or in preparation. Please ensure these vehicles are well maintained and used for cooperative operational activities,” said the Regent.

During the event, Lamongan Military Sub-district Commander Major Marsidianto urged village heads and KDKMP chairpersons present to continue building a spirit of mutual cooperation. By fostering a spirit of gotong-royong (community self-help), cooperatives can serve as a vehicle for improving the economy of communities in remote villages.

“Let us continue the spirit of togetherness and mutual cooperation. Cooperatives serve as a platform for communities to improve their economy, reaching even the most remote villages. Hopefully this initiative will provide real benefits for every member and contribute to improving village economies,” he concluded.
