Lahat Police Community Relations Unit Attends Award Presentation Ceremony for FKPM and BKPM at South Sumatra Police Headquarters
LAHAT – The Community Relations Unit (Binmas) of Lahat Police Precinct attended the award presentation ceremony for the Forum for Police and Community Partnership (FKPM) and Community Security and Order Development Unit (BKPM) held by South Sumatra Police Headquarters on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.
At the event, Lahat Police Chief AKBP Novi Edyanto was represented by Head of Community Relations AKP Heri Jon Pajri, accompanied by Community Policing Chief Aipda Dafik Oktavianto and FKPM representatives, to receive the award for the FKPM and BKPM of Pasar Lama Village, Lahat Sub-district, Lahat Regency.
The award certificate was presented directly by the Director of Community Relations (Dirbinmas) of South Sumatra Police Headquarters to the FKPM and BKPM of Pasar Lama Village, which achieved first place in the FKPM and BKPM competition at the South Sumatra Police Headquarters level.
The award was presented as recognition of the active role of the FKPM and BKPM in supporting police operations, particularly in maintaining public security and order in Lahat Regency.
Through this activity, it is hoped that synergy between the Indonesian National Police and the community will be further strengthened in creating a secure, orderly, and conducive public security environment.
The achievement of Pasar Lama Village’s FKPM and BKPM is also expected to serve as motivation for other FKPM and BKPM units to continue improving their performance in supporting police operations within the community.
Throughout the event, proceedings were conducted smoothly and in an orderly manner. The partnership between the Indonesian National Police and the community is expected to continue developing positively to maintain security and stability within the Lahat Police Precinct’s jurisdiction.
