Lahat Police Chief Inaugurates Renovation of Amanah Mosque and Muhammad Hasan Islamic Kindergarten

On Friday, 13 March 2026, the Police Chief of Lahat District, AKBP Novi Edyanto SIK.MIK, accompanied by the Merapi Barat Police Station Commander Iptu Candra Kirana SH.MH, officially inaugurated the renovation of Amanah Mosque and the completion of Muhammad Hasan Islamic Kindergarten (TK-TPA) at approximately 09:00 Western Indonesia Time.

The event held profound significance for the community. The inauguration marked not only the completion of physical construction but also symbolised unity between police personnel and the community in developing places of worship and Islamic educational facilities. The improved mosque facilities and Qur’anic education programmes are expected to serve as centres for spiritual activities and the development of younger generations.

Attending the inauguration ceremony were the Head of Social Welfare for Lahat Regency, the District Heads of Merapi Barat, Merapi Timur, and Merapi Selatan, community leaders, religious figures, company representatives, and village chiefs.
