Incidents caused by friction are a frequent occurrence in
front of the ticket box in a cinema on Jalan Diponegoro. The
reason is a shortage of ticket sellers. There is often only one
employee selling tickets for two queues of moviegoers.

Such incidents occur especially when imported films are being
run following aggressive advertising.

I feel it's inconvenient for moviegoers to be served by only
one staff member attending two queues which can be extremely
long.

Neither it is acceptable in terms of manpower placement. One
staff member is forced to do the job of two people.

This sounds like a trivial thing but it is not. At least the
Manpower Ministry and the consumers' protection association
should take heed on this matter.

I really hope this situation will be improved by the cinema
owner as it ruins the enjoyment of a night out for the
customers.
