Labour Minister (Menaker) Yassierli emphasised that the group homecoming programme is not merely a facility for returning to hometowns, but a form of corporate concern for its business partners to grow and advance together. This statement was made by Menaker Yassierli when releasing 649 homecomers, who are partners/business operators of Warung Makan Indomie (Warmindo) along with their families, at the Islamic Center in Bekasi on Wednesday (18/3). They were transported using 11 bus fleets to various cities on Java island. “This group homecoming programme is a form of the company’s concern for its business partners so that they can continue to grow, advance together, and feel the benefits together,” said Menaker Yassierli. According to Yassierli, the presence of the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) at the event is also a form of appreciation for the company deemed to provide real support to its business partners. He assessed that the annual programme run by PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk. is worthy of being emulated by other companies in Indonesia. “What we want to build is concern, togetherness, and a sense of family in business. These values are already part of the DNA of the Indonesian nation. Therefore, programmes like this group homecoming are worthy of being emulated by other companies in Indonesia,” stated Menaker Yassierli. He added that healthy industrial relations are not only supported by cooperation in the production process, but also by the sharing of business benefits felt together.
