Minister of Manpower (Menaker), Yassierli, has assured that the Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) and Bonus Hari Raya (BHR) Post for Religious Holidays 2026 will remain operational during the national holidays and collective leave for Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah. This step is taken to ensure that workers/labourers, online motorcycle drivers (ojol), and online couriers (kurol) can still access consultation services or submit complaints related to THR and BHR. Yassierli emphasised that the presence of the THR and BHR Post during the holiday period is crucial to prevent prolonged issues with religious holiday payments for workers, especially when their and their families’ needs increase before and after Eid. “Even during national holidays and collective leave, the government remains present to ensure that THR and BHR Post services are accessible to the public. So, workers/labourers who wish to complain about THR, or drivers and online couriers who want to consult about BHR, can still use the services we provide, either in person or online,” said Yassierli via a press release from the Kemnaker Public Relations Bureau on Thursday (19/3/2026). He added that Kemnaker is also deploying Labour Supervisors to follow up on every THR complaint received, so that handling can be carried out quickly and in accordance with regulations. “Specifically for THR complaints, we are also deploying Labour Supervisors so that every report received can be followed up immediately. We will also coordinate with labour supervisors at the provincial level, so the handling will be faster,” he stated. In-person THR and BHR religious holiday 2026 services are open daily from 08:00 WIB to 15:00 WIB at the Kemnaker One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSA). Meanwhile, online services can be accessed via the website poskothr.kemnaker.go.id and WhatsApp at number 081280001112. The Kemnaker THR and BHR Religious Holidays 2026 Post is planned to remain open until H+7 after Eid al-Fitr. Meanwhile, the Director General of Industrial Relations Development and Social Security for Labour at Kemnaker, Indah Anggoro Putri, revealed that during the period of 4-17 March 2026, the Kemnaker THR and BHR Post has received 2,488 consultation services. Of that number, 1,993 consultations were related to THR and 495 to BHR. According to Indah, the live chat feature on the poskothr.kemnaker.go.id website was the most widely used service by the public, with 2,246 services consisting of 1,752 THR consultations and 494 BHR consultations. In addition, the Kemnaker Help Centre on the bantuan.kemnaker.go.id website received 222 consultations, all related to THR, while in-person services recorded 20 services. Furthermore, the Director General of Labour Supervision Development and Occupational Safety and Health at Kemnaker, Ismail Pakaya, stated that during the period from 13-18 March 2026 up to 15:00 WIB, the THR and BHR Post has received 2,113 complaints involving 1,388 companies. Of that number, the most common complaints were THR not paid with 1,273 reports, followed by THR not in accordance with regulations with 474 reports, and THR paid late with 366 reports. By region, the three provinces with the highest number of complaints were DKI Jakarta with 573 complaints from 461 companies, West Java with 461 complaints from 173 companies, and Banten with 173 complaints. Ismail urged companies to fulfil their THR payment obligations in accordance with statutory regulations and not to wait until the payment deadline. “We emphasise that every complaint received, especially those related to unpaid THR, is our supervision priority. We ask companies to fulfil their obligations in accordance with the regulations so that workers’ rights can be received on time,” he concluded.
