Kyoei Prince has 2nd bomb hoax

JAKARTA: A bomb hoax caller threatened Wisma Kyoei Prince building on Jl. Jend. Sudirman on Friday. It was the second threat after a hoax call on Tuesday.

The city police bomb squad found nothing inside the building.

The threat was received by a telephone operator with Matsushita Electronic, which leases the 5th floor.

According to one of the tenants, the operator claimed the caller was a woman who said that there was a bomb in the building and it would be activated soon.

On Wednesday, a similar bomb threat was received by a telephone operator at PT Buana Bina Mega Sakti, which occupies the 32nd floor of Wisma BNI 46 on Jl. Sudirman. Last month, the Bank BNI Card Center in the building received a similar call. -- JP
