Kuwait, RI ink tax accord

KUWAIT CITY (DPA): Kuwaiti acting prime minister and foreign
minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad signed Wednesday a memo of
understanding and a dual taxation agreement with Indonesian
Foreign Minister Ali Abdullah Alatas.

A statement by the foreign ministry said Sheikh Sabah and
Alatas discussed ways to promote bilateral relations in all
fields, especially in the economic sector, the Kuwaiti News
Agency (KUNA) reported.

They also discussed regional and International issues of
common concern, the statement added.
