KUR Realisation Reaches Rp159.8 Trillion for 2.5 Million MSMEs

Disbursement of KUR to the production sector has reached Rp103.2 trillion, or 64.6 percent of the target. We hope to exceed the 65 percent target.

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) recorded that realisation of People’s Business Credit (KUR) disbursement as of 12 July 2026 had reached Rp159.8 trillion, or 54.2 percent of the national target of Rp295 trillion.

Secretary of the Ministry of MSMEs Loto Srinaita Ginting, speaking at a hearing with Commission VII of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) in Jakarta on Monday, said the financing had been distributed to around 2.5 million MSME debtors.

Of that number, Loto said 1.1 million were new debtors, or 83.5 percent of this year’s target. Meanwhile, graduating debtors totalled 511,208, or 46.2 percent of the target.

“Disbursement of KUR to the production sector has reached Rp103.2 trillion, or 64.6 percent of the target. We hope to exceed the 65 percent target,” he said.

The government is targeting KUR disbursement of Rp295 trillion this year, with 65 percent allocated to the production sector.

In addition, the government is targeting 1.3 million new debtors and 1.1 million graduating debtors under the 2026 KUR programme.

KUR is a government-subsidised financing programme aimed at expanding access to capital for MSME actors, with a loan ceiling of up to Rp500 million.

Beyond KUR, Loto said the Ministry of MSMEs is also running several programmes to broaden financing access for business actors.

Through the Accelerating Capital Resources for Medium Enterprises (ACCESS) programme, Loto said that by 2025 the government had facilitated financing for 56 medium-sized enterprises, with total disbursement reaching Rp53.3 billion via eight partner financial institutions.

Meanwhile, the Viable Business Funding (BISLAF) programme, initiated by the Deputy for Small Enterprises, has assisted 200 MSMEs in obtaining funding worth Rp13.65 billion in cooperation with Inotek as a collaborating partner.

Loto added that the Ministry of MSMEs is also running a financing assistance programme to support the people’s housing programme, targeting 300 MSMEs.

As of the first quarter of 2026, 16 MSMEs have passed the curation process and two MSMEs have completed digitalisation assistance for financial management.
