Kuningan to propose bill on conservation

KUNINGAN, West Java: Kuningan regency administration is
planning to propose a bill on conservation and mountain climbing
on Mount Ciremai.

Kuningan deputy regent Aan Suharso said that the bill was
being written and would be deliberated immediately with the
Kuningan Regency Council. The bill is aimed at prohibiting any
illegal logging, and secondly, regulating permits for mountain
climbers and nature lovers. -- JP
