KSP Ready to Cut Red Tape to Accelerate President's Priority Programmes

The Presidential Staff Office (KSP) is prepared to cut through convoluted bureaucracy to support the acceleration of President Prabowo Subianto’s priority programmes. KSP Head Dudung Abdurachman stated that the President dislikes complicated regulations that waste time and cause delays. “The President wants things done fast, fast, fast. This is what we must be able to pursue and resolve,” Dudung said in a statement received in Jakarta on Tuesday. He noted that all of the President’s priority programmes, such as Free Nutritious Meals, the Merah Putih Cooperatives, People’s Schools, School Revitalisation, Garuda Transformation Schools, and Free Health Check-ups, are aimed at improving public welfare. Dudung also emphasised the President’s commitment to eradicating corruption and unjust asset control so that the benefits of development can be felt by communities across various regions. “For too long, certain parties have only enriched themselves, while people in areas like Bangka, Kolaka, and other regions remain left behind. The President is putting a stop to this to ensure equitable development. This is what we need to continue supporting and overseeing,” he said. According to Dudung, this fast-paced work has also received direct appreciation from the President. He concluded his briefing by reminding all KSP personnel to maintain integrity and professionalism, and to prioritise a humanist and persuasive approach in resolving the nation’s various issues.
