KSP Dudung Abdurrachman to Open 24-Hour Public Complaints Post
Jakarta - The Head of the Presidential Staff Office (KSP), Dudung Abdurrachman, has stated that he will open a public complaints service operating 24 hours a day. According to him, this service is being prepared to accommodate direct aspirations and input from the public. “It will be in the form of a post. I will set it up here, including a telephone number that can be directly accessed by the public,” Dudung said after the handover ceremony at the KSP Office in Jakarta on Tuesday (28/4/2026). Dudung explained that every report received will be forwarded to the relevant ministries or institutions. He added that the service will be established this week. “Yes, we will plan it here. We will prepare the system first,” Dudung stated. Previously reported, as KSP, Dudung has also conveyed that he will serve as a liaison between the public and the government, including accommodating public complaints. Dudung admitted that he will open reports from the public around the clock while evaluating and monitoring the government’s implemented programmes. This former Army Chief of Staff wants to ensure that President Prabowo’s priority programmes are not hindered. “So that there are no issues arising from bureaucratic problems that affect the president’s priorities. We will cut through the bureaucracy,” Dudung said.
