The government has ensured that fuel supplies are safe, fuel quality is continuously monitored, and distribution to the public is being guarded to remain smooth.

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Head of the Presidential Staff Office (KSP), Retired General TNI Dudung Abdurability, has ensured that the stocks and quality of fuel (BBM) at the Plumpang Fuel Terminal, Jakarta, are in a well-maintained condition.

“The government ensures that the fuel supply is safe, the quality of fuel is also continuously monitored, and distribution to the community is guarded to ensure it remains smooth,” said Dudung at the Plumpang Fuel Terminal, Jakarta, on Monday.

Dudung visited the Plumpang Fuel Terminal personally to conduct an inspection, accompanied by the Head of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas), Wahyudi Anas, the Director of Planning and Business Growth of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Joko Pranoto, and the Director of Downstream Optimisation and Distribution of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Hari Purnomo.

He emphasised that his presence is a form of government attention to ensure that the basic energy needs of the community remain safe and controlled.

There were three key focus areas during Dudung’s visit to the Plumpang Fuel Terminal: fuel stocks must be secure, fuel quality must be guaranteed, and distribution from the terminal to petrol stations and the public must proceed smoothly.

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to strengthen its role as the frontline in service and energy resilience for the community across all regions of Indonesia.

Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to expand energy access through the ‘One Price Fuel’ (BBM Satu Harga) programme, which is now available at 588 points throughout Indonesia.

The company also operates 421 fishing vessel petrol stations to support productivity in the fisheries sector and strengthen the economic resilience of coastal communities.

Furthermore, the company continues to strengthen national energy infrastructure, which is currently supported by more than 125 fuel terminals, thousands of petrol stations, 40 LPG terminals, 72 aircraft refueling depots (DPPU), pipelines, tanker fleets, ship fleets, and air transport support spread across Indonesia.

This infrastructure serves as the backbone of national energy distribution, ensuring supply reliability even in regions with high geographical challenges.
