KSEI Reshuffles Board of Commissioners, Here is the Full Line-up

PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) reshuffled its board of commissioners at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) on Thursday, 18 June 2026. Shareholders of KSEI unanimously approved the appointment of the Board of Commissioners for the 2026-2030 period, namely A. Fuad Rahmany as President Commissioner, and Indra Christanto and Margeret M. Tang as Commissioners. With this appointment, Fuad Rahmany and Indra Christanto resume their positions on the KSEI Board of Commissioners, while Margeret M. Tang becomes a new member of the KSEI Board of Commissioners for the latest period. A. Fuad Rahmany, as President Commissioner of KSEI, previously served as Chairman of the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) at the Ministry of Finance (2006-2011), Commissioner of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (2009-2014), and Director General of Taxation at the Ministry of Finance (2011-2014), and has served as a Commissioner at several other companies since 2014. Meanwhile, Indra Christanto, who was also elected for a second term as a member of the KSEI Board of Commissioners, currently serves as President Director of PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, having previously served as a Director of PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk from 2012 to 2018. Indra has other experience as Director of Equity at PT Andalan Artha Advisindo (2003-2011), a member of the KSEI Budget Committee (2020-2021), a member of the APEI Securities Broker-Dealer Department (2020-2023), a member of the Trading Committee of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (2020-2022), and a member of the Disciplinary Commission of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (2022-2024). As the newest member of the KSEI Board of Commissioners for the 2026-2030 period, Margeret M. Tang previously led KSEI as Temporary Acting President Director from 2014 to 2015, after serving as a Director from 2010 to 2014. Margeret then served as President Director from 2015 to 2016. Margeret also has experience as a Commissioner of PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (2016-2023), Independent Commissioner of PT Bintraco Dharma Tbk (2016-2020), and Independent Commissioner of PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi (2015-2019).
