KSEI Appoints Board of Commissioners for 2026-2030 Period
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) has agreed on the appointment of its board of commissioners for the 2026-2030 period during its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST).
Shareholders unanimously approved the appointment of A Fuad Rahmany as President Commissioner. A Fuad Rahmany previously served as Chairman of the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) at the Ministry of Finance (2006–2011), Commissioner of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (2009–2014), Director General of Taxation at the Ministry of Finance (2011–2014), and has held commissioner roles at several other companies since 2014.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of Indra Christanto and Margeret M Tang as Commissioners. Indra Christanto currently serves as President Director of PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, having previously been a Director there from 2012 to 2018. He also has experience as Director of Equity at PT Andalan Artha Advisindo (2003–2011), a member of the KSEI Budget Committee (2020–2021), a member of the APEI Securities Broker-Dealer Department (2020–2023), a member of the PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Trading Committee (2020–2022), and a member of the PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Disciplinary Commission (2022–2024).
Margeret M Tang previously led KSEI as Acting President Director during the 2014–2015 period, after serving as a Director from 2010 to 2014. She then served as President Director from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, she has experience as a Commissioner of PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (2016–2023), Independent Commissioner of PT Bintraco Dharma Tbk (2016–2020), and Independent Commissioner of PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi (2015–2019).
The composition of the KSEI board of commissioners for the 2026-2030 period is as follows:

The KSEI RUPST was attended by shareholders representing 5,820 voting shares, or 97.98 per cent of the total 6,000 voting shares.
